Palais de Chine Hotel’s Le Palais was once again honoured with the prestigious Three MICHELIN Stars at the MICHELIN Guide Taiwan 2026 ceremony held today (21 July), marking its ninth consecutive year receiving the guide’s highest distinction. This year also commemorates the 100th anniversary of the MICHELIN Star rating system, making this recognition especially meaningful. We are deeply grateful to continue being acknowledged on such a historic occasion.
