On New Year’s Eve, the 6th floor Western restaurant at Palais de Chine Hotel will offer a semi-buffet feast featuring a fusion of Western and seafood delights. Guests can enjoy a main course of grilled lobster and a 5oz roasted steak, along with an unlimited salad bar.
The buffet includes classic appetizers, Japanese dishes, a wide selection of seafood, handmade bread, exquisite soups, freshly made Indian dishes, and a variety of French desserts.
